But what I lost isn’t the point.

Since that day, I’ve lost 215 pounds naturally.

The life I’ve gained is the better story.

My mindset changed.

What changed wasn’t just my body.

My identity changed.

My belief in what I was capable of changed.

And none of it happened all at once.

It happened in small, consistent choices.
In habits I could actually maintain.
In learning how to keep going, even when it wasn’t perfect.

I stopped focusing on just losing weight… and started building a life I didn’t want to escape from.

And that changed everything.


Now, I get to live my life in ways I used to overthink, avoid, or miss out on completely.

I love that when someone asks me to go to the beach, I don’t have to think about how out of breath I’ll be walking in the sand or how uncomfortable I’ll feel in a bathing suit. I can just go.

I love that when my family wants to spend a full day at Disney, I’m not worried about keeping up. I’m right there with them.

I love that when I’m invited to something centered around food, I don’t feel fear or guilt. I can be present and actually enjoy every aspect.

It’s not just that my body is different.

It’s that I finally feel like I get to fully live my life.

What began as a personal decision to change my life has turned into a deep passion to help other women do the same.

Because I know what it feels like to sit on the sidelines of your own life. And I know what it feels like to finally step into it.

Now, I get to share what I’ve learned — through the habits, mindset shifts, and support that made this change sustainable for me.

What I didn’t know when I started this journey… was that it would become something so much bigger than just me.

Not to help you chase a smaller body, but to help you build a life that feels bigger, freer, and actually

yours.

You are not as stuck as you feel.
You are not disqualified from change.
It’s not too late to have the life you want.

A bigger life isn’t reserved for certain people.
It’s built — slowly, consistently, and in ways that actually fit your life.

And you don’t have to do it perfectly.

You just have to be willing to start.
